Shipping policy

All orders are despatched from our Brisbane warehouse using Australia Post eParcel service. The order is fully trackable, and you will receive notifications directly from Australia Post regarding the progress and delivery of your purchase.

Shipping within Australia
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of placing them. Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Orders $50 and over receive free shipping. Orders under $50 have a $10 flat-rate shipping charge.

Shipping to New Zealand
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of placing them. Typically, orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days. All orders to New Zealand have a $20 flat-rate shipping charge.

Shipping to other locations

Unfortunately at this time we cannot dispatch orders outside of Australia and New Zealand. Our products are currently available in North America and the United Kingdom.
