Shipping & Delivery Information
Christmas Shipping Information
We work very hard over the Christmas period to ensure our customers needs are met. All orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed, even at this time of year.
According to the latest information from our couriers, the cut-off dates for Christmas deliveries are as follows:
NSW, QLD and VIC: 18th December
ACT and SA: 16th December
Tasmania, WA and NT: 14th December
*Some postcodes, especially those in more rural areas, may take longer than the above guidelines

Do you offer free shipping?
Within Australia
i-Glide Scooters offers free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50 we have a flat-rate delivery fee of $10 for standard shipping.
To New Zealand
All orders to New Zealand have a flat-rate delivery fee of $20NZD.
Is there an express delivery option?
We don't offer an express delivery option, but all our orders are despatched within 24 hours, and typically arrive within 5 business days to most Australian addresses.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within one business day of being placed.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days across most of metro Australia. Some regional areas may incur longer delivery times.
Most deliveries to New Zealand take between 4 and 10 business days. Due to customs clearance timeframes, however, some orders may incur a longer delivery time than expected.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
You must provide a physical residential or business address as your chosen delivery address.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is
despatched from our warehouse.
You can track your order via that tracking number all the
way through to its delivery to your chosen address.
What if there's an issue with my delivery?

What if I need to return something?
If you need to return a product to us for any reason, simply fill out the returns form and we'll be in contact with you shortly.
