Refund policy

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, simply fill out the returns form below.

We accept returns on unused products up to 30 days after receipt. A full refund of the cost of the product will be issued to you upon the return of the product. We will not refund initial delivery fees.

We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return. All returned products must be:

a) unused, in original condition with its original packaging;
b) undamaged, and
c) received by us within 30 days of original delivery to you. 

When you return goods for any reason, please keep the appropriate proof of despatch. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

This may include the return of the original product at our cost. Once we receive the returned item or otherwise agree at our discretion to do so before receiving the return, a replacement will be dispatched to you. A refund will only be offered on the return of the original item.
