Shipping & Delivery

All orders are despatched from our Brisbane warehouse using Australia Post eParcel service. The order is fully trackable, and you will receive notifications directly from Australia Post regarding the progress and delivery of your purchase.

Shipping within Australia


We ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Typically, orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.  

Free Shipping on All orders over $30.

Orders under $30 have a $15.00 flat-rate delivery fee.

Shipping within New Zealand


We ship all orders to New Zealand within 24 hours of the order being placed. Typically, orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.  All orders to New Zealand have a $20.00 flat-rate delivery fee.

Shipping to International


We ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Typically, orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.  All orders to other destinations have a $30.00 flat-rate delivery fee.

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, simply fill out the returns form

We accept returns on unused products up to 30 days after receipt. A full refund will be issued to you upon the return of the product.

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, simply fill out the returns form here

We accept returns on unused products up to 30-days after receipt. A full refund of the cost of the product will be issued to you upon the return of the product. We will not refund initial delivery fees.

We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return. All returned products must be:

a) unused, in original condition with its original packaging;
b) undamaged, and
c) received by us within 30-days of original delivery to you. 

When you return goods for any reason, please keep appropriate proof of despatch. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability).

Once we receive the item returned by you, or otherwise agree that the item is defective or faulty, we will happily refund the original product price and delivery fee, via the original method of payment.
